Albums
Media holds the shul's albums. Add album, then drop photos on it or click to choose them. An album has a Name, a Date (the day of the event, if it's from one), a Kind (Photos, Flyers or Logos) and an Event it belongs to. Each saves as you type.
Photos straight from an iPhone work: they're converted as they upload. Every photo is resized for the screens and stripped of its location and camera details. Drag to change the order (on a phone, tick a photo and use Move earlier and Move later).
The album says which boards show it: "Shown by the Lobby board's collage and the Shabbos board's slideshow."
Import from Google Photos
On an album, Import from Google Photos opens Google's own picker. Choose the photos (to find an album, search for its name) and press Done there. Shulboard copies only the photos you chose, and sees nothing else in your library. The album names the Google account it's connected to, with Disconnect.
Photo sets, from the editor
A Collage or Slideshow lists the shul's Photo sets in its panel. Add photos puts them in the set the item shows. New photo set takes a name, the day of the event and the photos, and becomes the newest set, so a collage set to The newest photo set switches to it. You can also drop photos straight onto the item on the board.
Which photos an item shows
Which photos: The newest photo set, Photo sets from the last 4 weeks, Photo sets I choose, or All photos. With more than one set: Mix them or One set at a time. A collage can show the set's name and when as its Header ("Simchas Torah 5787", "Last week").
Recently deleted
Deleted photos and albums (and boards, notices and yahrzeit names) wait in Recently deleted, under Media, for 30 days. Restore puts one back; Delete for good removes it now. After 30 days they're deleted for good by themselves.
