Members, roles and your account

Invite the gabbai and the office, choose owner or editor, and look after your own account.

Two roles

RoleCan
OwnerEverything: screens, the shul's settings, calendars, yahrzeits and billing, as well as the boards. Can delete the shul.
EditorBoards, notices and photos, and which boards each screen shows.

A shul can have any number of owners, and always has at least one.

Invite someone

Owners go to Settings, Members, and Invite someone by email, as an owner or an editor. The invitation is emailed with a link; it's also shown as an Invitation link to copy and send yourself. It's listed under Invitations waiting to be accepted until they join, with Send again and Withdraw.

Remove someone with Remove, or leave a shul yourself with Leave the shul. The last owner can't leave until someone else is an owner.

Your account

Account has your name, your password (Change password, or Set a password if you sign in with Google), and Two-step sign-in: Set up an authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code it shows each time you sign in.

Delete your account

Under Delete your account, press Delete my account and type your email address to confirm. It's deleted straight away and can't be undone. If you're the only owner of a shul, first Make someone else an owner, or delete the shul.

More than one shul

One account can belong to several shuls. Switch between them from the shul's name at the top of the menu, or Add another shul.
